Qualifications
Elzané Marais holds a BCom Law degree from IIE Varsity College and an LLB degree from STADIO Higher Education. She has completed her 400-hour Practical Vocational Trainingthrough the Gawie Le Roux Institute of Law.
She has also completed an Introduction to Conveyancing course, together with further professional training in litigation systems and regulatory compliance.

Elzané is a Candidate Attorney at Oak Law.
She previously served as a Junior Legal Advisor at a law firm in Middelburg, where she assisted with civil, family, estate, and property law matters. Her responsibilities included drafting legal documents, client liaison, and supporting the operational management of the practice.
Prior to this, she was a Junior Litigation Clerk, where she gained experience in legal research, drafting pleadings, preparing counsel briefs, and managing correspondent matters.
Interests
Elzané enjoys exploring our beautiful country, going on walks with her dogs and spending time with her friends and family.
