Position available for a dynamic attorney with 8-10 years post article experience, specializing predominantly in non-litigious corporate and commercial law matters:
- LLB and B. Com (finance) degrees
- LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous
- Strong contract drafting skills
- Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&A’s, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.).
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Fluency in Afrikaans will be advantageous.
- Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.).
Salary will be market, qualification and experience related.
